BatteryWeb Accepting Used Rechargable Batteries for Recycling
To further our commitment to the environment and being responsible people, we have partnered with Metal Conversion Technologies, LLC in order to start accepting your used Ni-Cad, NiMH, and Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries.
A company based in Cartersville GA, they are the 2nd largest rechargeable battery recycler in the country. As we all take a little responsibility we can make sure our landfills and water tables do not get filled up with these toxic chemicals that can be recycled.
If you want to set up a local rechargeable collection in your area you can call Gary @ 678-721-0022. He can get you set up with their Big Blue Box® recycling system. Its a pretty neat program where they send you a box to fill with Rechargables and they’ll even come pick up the box for you.
You can also send us your Ni-Cad, NiMH, and Lithium-Ion rechargeable batteries and we can get them to the right people.
Don’t forget that you can take your lead-acid batteries to a local Auto-Zone, Sears, etc so that these batteries can also be recycled.
