Especially with the crunch at the gas station. I passed by $3.61 a gallon this morning! No wonder I ride the bus and a bicycle. The gas tax break that McCain is yapping about would be welcome relief however it's only a short fix for a worse problem. I think we're going to need more electric, hybrid, battery, or whatever vehicles now. I save enough money taking the bus to pay my electric bill. And up to 10% of the cost of any vehicle that gets over 40 mpg no matter what the technology, or 10% of any vehicle that can run a mile on less than the equivalent total energy of 40 mpg.
