BatteryMINDer Chargers Restore Sulphated Batteries

Well VDC Electronics has patented a method to restore sulphated batteries. They use it one their BatteryMINDer series of chargers. What their chargers do, is to resonate a battery pulse that breaks down the lead sulphate crystals, allowing the molecules to then return to the electrolyte. Not every battery can be reconditioned as some will be shorted by vibration or contamination. The rule of thumb is; if the battery resting has a voltage of at least 11.0 and none of the 6 cells are shorted, then you have a battery that can be desulphated and brought back up to full use.
